Something New Blendabilities

It is 72 degrees and we have the air conditioning on probably for the last time till March as we head NE towards home and winter weather. 

Something to think Spring however is the announcement at Leadership hat Stampin' Up! Is soon (before March 31) coming out with a new product. 

Blendabilities are new blending markers which will be sold in twelve colors shown below.   They can be purchased by color in a package of three. Light,medium, and dark shades. I believe the price to be $11.95 US.

Leaving Houston and Leadership 2014

As I was leaving Stampin' Up! Leadership 2014 I snapped this one last picture. It was a great time with many break out classes, make and takes, free "stuff" (as Jeanne Defibaugh would say). Lol

Several new friends were made especially Vicky and Lisa and also Debbie Dutchess. Also so many ideas were shared.  In the next several days I will try to share information and pictures with you. 

Christmas Scrapbook Pages

 I am always putting my Christmas Pages in my albums much after Christmas so I will be showing some pages I have done during November and December but will not get their pictures placed in them until sometime this year. That's okay.  December is full enough without trying to do Christmas Photos as a completed project.

It is great to have the pages done though.  We stamped the word Christmas in Cherry Cobbler and then cut out the letters.  Used a Framelit to make all the banners.  I wish SU would bring back the Scrapbook kits they sold.  They were so nice.  I am still using some of mine for my Scrapbook Club.

I used Gumball Green and Cherry Cobbler as the main ingredients for these pages.

Valentines 3 by 3

Today I want to feature the new Paper Stack $6.95 in Occasions Catalog page 33.  Above I have Valentine using the Banner Framelits.  I also used Stazon White Ink for the verse.

This card again uses the Paper Stack, Fresh Prints DSP.  Here I used the bold strip.  The heart embellishment is not SU however a third heart could be cut or a Rhinestone used to complete card.  This could also be used for a regular sized Valentine's or Wedding or Anniversary Card.
Heart Framelits make this an easy card to complete.

More SNOWFLAKES

Another card from my Hostess Club member Cindy Powell of Bedford, PA.  Celebrating the New Year with Snowflakes seems appropriate since we have seen many freezing temperatures and several snowflakes.

Mike and I are currently on  our way to Houston Texas for Leadership with our Boston Terrier, Diva.  Will have some posting for you until I get back and if I can figure out how I will try and post some from Leadership too.

NEW Stamp Sets

Stampin' Up! newest photopolymere sets are Countless Sayings 1 and 2.

I wasn't sure about this type of stamp but we used them during my Christmas Stamp-A-Stack and they are really great to use.  Not like the ones I first bought in the Big Box Stores years ago.

Give them a try.  I think you will be very happy with the results.

NOT TOO LATE!

Today I am sharing with you cards made by Cindy Powell, from Bedford, PA.  She has been a loyal member of my Hostess Club for several years now.  Cindy was traveling to visit with family over the holidays and so she designed this Winter Happy New Year Card above and one below for her friends and family.  It's never too late to wish people a Happy New Year and I give Cindy credit for realizing you didn't need to stress but to send out New Year's Greetings instead of Christmas Cards this year.  May be we all should take a lesson from Cindy.  :-)
