Build a Blossom

Not only do I have a thing for the deep red tones but I love the Elegant Eggplant as well.  Here it is used with Whisper White which really sets it off.  Sharon L. Williamson used the Build A Blossom Stamp Set and Curly Label Punch along with the Square Lattice Textured Embossing Folder to make this card.  Embellished with three pearls.

Herb Expressions

One really nice thing about going to Regionals or other SU Events is you get to know nice people.  I sat at a table with Kathy Wiley, a Stampin' Up Demonstrator, from Florida at the Orlando Regionals and enjoyed getting to know her.  Here Kathy created a card using the Herb Expressions Stamp Set which carried over to the new 2011-2012 Idea Book and Catalog.  She used Pear Pizzazz, Basic Black, Very Vanilla to make her card.  The Embossing Folder, Elegant Lines provides a nice background.  Sorry its a little blurred today.

Fine Flourish

Isn't this an interesting card.  So rich and the colors so intense.  The card was made by Stephanie McKinnon and in addition to Fine Flourish she used On Your Birthday Stamp Sets.
The Recipe includes, Cardstock:  Concord Crush, Tempting Turquoise, Whisper White; INKS:  Concord Crush, Tempting Turquoise and Rich Razzleberry; Embellishments:  Circle Ice Brad of Medium Turquoise; Tools:  Perfect Polka Dots Embossing Folder; Big Shot, VersaMark Pad, White Embossing Powder, Heat Tool and Dimensionals.  Special Note from Stephanie:  White embossing done on Tempting Turquoise Card Stock which makes the inks appear more intense.  Nice Job!

Bold Blossoms Until August 31

I loved using the Bold Blossoms Stamp Set this summer.  It is a simple but sweet set to use.  It is in the Summer Mini and will be hanging around until the end of August.  Mari Fredericks made this over-sized bookmark using Bold Blossoms and Tangerine Tango.  A little Pacific Point is added as well as a Rhinestone for some bling.
