Witches and Goblins and Spooks Oh My!

Good day Everyone,  This little card is one I made for some of the grandchildren.  This one is being sent to China since two of our boys are in China with their parents for the next 18 months or so.  Because it is going to a foreign country I did not put any embellishments that might cause the card to be stuck in the process.  I therefore used our black marker to draw the eyes and keep our little ghost flat.  I did tie a small ribbon on it and hope that doesn't cause a problem.

I used Stampin' Up! designer series paper.  I could have stamped the little guy from the Stamp Set Fall Fest but decided instead to use our newest glimmer paper and just cut him out using the framelits that coordinate with the stamp set.  I used Tangerine Tango and Crushed Curry cardstock.  Hope you like him.

FOR ALL THINGS

This Hello Fall card is made by Angie Feathers, a member of my downline.  Angie's idea was to use some of our Burlap Ribbon as a burlap bag.  Isn't this cute how she has used the stamps from For All Things to really  set off the burlap.  And of course, Stampin' Up! markers come in handy on the two colored acorns.  Not much card stock used in this card but it doesn't need it since the focus is on the bag.  Thanks Angie for a nice fall card.

Flower Patch and Masking Technique

During my Club in September we worked on the technique of Masking.  I choose the Set Flower Patch to make the card.  The inks used were all Fall colors, Cajun Craze, Crushed Curry, Old Olive, Pumpkin Pie, and lastly Blackberry Bliss (which I love).  The Crushed Curry flower and the Blackberry Bliss one are both showing as if they are half hiding behind the large Pumpkin Pie flower.
My Card Stock is Blackberry Bliss and Pumpkin Pie and of course Whisper White.  The ribbon is retired.  We punched out a butterfly from the fall designer series paper, Color Me Autumn. Finally, we had to add just a touch of bling.  A couple rhinestones on two flowers and the butterfly.

You Can Do It Card

Hi Ladies,

Keep on Stampin',
The card above was made by Linda Imler another demo.  She used the flowery designer series paper.  Note that her flower is actually three deep which gives a nice accent piece to the card.

Flowering Flourish and Blackberry Bliss

My card today is one made by April Rounds, a member of my downline.  April did double stamping using the set Flower Flourishes.  The card stock and ink are Blackberry Bliss.  A couple oval punches and your card is down.  Thanks April for showing a quick and easy card to do.

Seasonally Scattered

This is a clever way to us the Seasonally Scattered stamp set.  Sue Lepako used daubers to change the shades of green on this card.  A simple but a nice Fall card.  Linen thread is always good on a Fall piece.

NOTE CARDS PROJECT

This is a Class I conducted which included making 8 note cards and a holder to sit on the desk or shelf.

I used the Designer Series Paper, Lullaby, shown in our New Big Catalog.  While Stampin' Up! calls this paper "baby paper" it is so nice for many projects.  I choose it for the nice colors; Baked Brown Sugar, Coastal Cabana, Crisp Cantaloupe, Hello Honey, Pistachio Pudding, and of course Whisper White.

The note card above and below are stamped with the Wetlands Stamp Set.

The card above is made using the Embossing Folder, Perfect Polka Dots, the Bigz Die, Flower Frenzy which is new, also the Ticket Punch, and Label Something Stamp Set.

We had a great time making this set.  I hope you have enjoyed seeing the pictures.  Leave a comment if you would like to share your thoughts.

Stippled Blossoms

Hi Everyone,
Today I am sharing a card we used in Club a couple of months ago.  I think the Stippled Blossoms is a beautiful two step stamp set.  Here I used Elegant Eggplant and Perfect Plum.  The leaves are Old Olive.  The Pansy Punch makes the flower with a pearl in the center.  No ribbon on this card.

Blendabilities

Learning to use Stampin' Up! Blendabilities.  It is true that practice makes perfect.  It does take a little time to master the Blendabilities.  These pictures are of some of my Club members using the Blendabilities for the first time.  They did a great job for this being their first introduction to using the great new alcohol markers.

Kinda Eclectic Doubled

All stamping to make the above card.  Kinda Eclectic is the stamp set which includes the sentiment "A little kindness goes a long way."  This card was cased from Sue Lepako, a fellow demonstrator.

I used the Kinda Eclectic again on the card below.  I cased this card as well from another source.  I made my own changes so I could us the new Holiday Catalog Washi tape which is on page 29.
