GREENHOUSE GALA

The Greenhouse Gala, Designer Series Paper, is still available this month.  Stamp Set used is the Fabulous Floret which is stamped on Baja Breeze with Craft Ink, Chocolate Chip and then heat embossed.  A fun way to use the BAKER'S TWINE in the Summer Mini is to purchase the White and then color it using the Markers.  Here the twine is wrapped around the DSP.  Also used is the Textured Impressions Embossing Folder, Flower Garden and the Scallop Trim Punch.  This card was made at Denise Foor's (denisefoor.blogspot.com) Hostess Club.

Lattice Bigz Die

Show casing the Lattice Bigz Die today.  This Happy Anniversary card was made by Deb Tuinier.  It is amazing when you look at all the textures used by Deb.  Note the leaves behind the flowers are from the Heart Small Punch.  Thought this was a nice look for the month of June.

SWEET TREATS for HOMEWOOD

I am planning a Community Volunteer Workshop for Homewood Retirement Community on June 14.  This is a card I cased and modified for the elderly residents at Homewood.  I used the Ice Cream Parlor from SAB this year and the Cup Cake, Little Heart, Scallop Circle and Modern Label Punches.  Did you realize that many punches were used on the front.  Amazing sometimes how many I can use in one card.  The Stamp Sets used are Teeny Tiny Wishes (a favorite) and A Word for You (inside card) which says Happy Birthday with a cherry on top.  Seemed appropriate.
I ran the Melon Mambo through the BIG SHOT Polk a dotted Embossing Folder and also used Daffodil Delight, Whisper White and Pacific Point.  Ink used was Pacific Point.

HEARD from the HEART and HEART to HEART

HEARTS and CARD STOCK Galore!!  This may be the most Card Stock colors I have ever seen in one card.  Gina Armstrong lined her hearts up in a row and used Cherry Cobbler, Crumb Cake, Very Vanilla, Perfect Plum, Daffodil Delight, Pear Pizzazz, and Peach Parfait.. WOW that's allot of different colors but don't they look nice as little hearts with Rhinestones on them.  Stamp Set:  Heard from the Heart and Punch, Heart to Heart.

PERK UP LADIES!

My Mom is 87 and still drinks her piping hot, black coffee from morning till night.  This card used the Stamping Wheel, Take a Sip, and was created by Shannon Noonan who is a Stampin' Up! Demonstrator I met online and wanted to meet at the Orlando Regional Event.  The crazy thing that happened is we swapped cards but didn't actually notice each other.  So many people and so much excitement.  lol  Cardstock is Chocolate Chip, Pretty in Pink and Crumb Cake and Chocolate Chip Sation Ribbon.

Flower Garden Thank YOU

The Summer MINI on page 24 shows the Textured Impressions Embossing Folder, Flower Garden.  If you are looking for something to use with Stampin' UP! Pastels, this is the Folder to use.  Here I used a Q-Tip to apply Tangerine Tango and Garden Green to highlight the Embossing Folder.  This makes my Poppies POP.   Pretty Postage Stamp Set and Postage Punch was used to express my thanks.  Then I tied my bow in our lace from page 190 in the 2010 Idea Book and Catalog.

BEWARE Pirates!!!

Thought I would catch you off guard with this one today.  I have been posting allot of flower based cards because, well, I like them.  But in honor of my 6 year old Grandson, SAM, visiting us from Georgia, I decided to post a card a whole lot different today.  Cybil M. WORD PLAY for JUNE

Such a classic look.  Using the stamp set Word Play with a Rhinestone accent, Eve Bent of Casselberry, Florida make this pretty wedding card for someone special I'm sure.  I love the simplicity of this card.  Cute, cute!!  It is June by the way and time for all the wedding to begin.
