Ornament Punch

The new Stampin' Up Glimmer Paper is super.  I have used the Glimmer Paper here to make this ornament.  I cased this card because I loved the Black and White embellished with the tiny pearls and black ribbon.  The Big Shot was used to create the accent across the bottom.

Four Seasons

Another Christmas Card today.  I used the Four Seasons Hostess Stamp Set to make this card.  I used Marina Mist and Night of Navy with Whisper White.  A few rhinestones on top of the embossed snowflakes sets the card off.  When using Craft White Ink you need to be sure and give it extra time to dry as craft ink takes much longer to dry than Classic Ink

SNOWFLAKES

I think is a pretty color combination.  I used Pink Pirouette and Basic Gray.  The stamp set is Serene Snowflakes.  Used the Big Shot to cut out the Snowflakes in the corner.  Merry is stamped from the Serene Snowflakes also.

Christmas in the Heart

One of the cards I did for my Christmas Stamp A Stack.  The stamp set Watercolor Winter and also Christmas in the Heart were used.  The nature look is a nice look for Christmas.  Cherry Cobbler, Whisper White, Early Expresso and Gumball Green.

Dasher Gift Card

Well DASHER may be retired but I still love him.  Here is a small 3 by 3 gift card I made with my favorite deer.  A couple of rhinestones makes him sparkle.  I used Real Red and Chocolate Chip.  I added a snowflake to give him a little boost.

My Sister's Christmas Card

My Sister, Denise Foor, is a Stampin' Up Demonstrator who lives just five miles from me.  She sent me this beautiful Christmas Card.  Denise knows I love red and so he used the Real Red Card Stock on this card.  The Scrap Ribbon Technique was used to make this card pop.  More on this technique coming up in January.

Children's Workshop

I conducted my first Children's Workshop this month and I was more nervous about pleasing the kids than I have ever been about pleasing the adults.  LOL  They were real troopers and seemed pleased with their results.  Matthew mostly watched but had his hand in the art work too.  Older sister, Maggie, was a natural.

Mom, Amy, is listening closely to the directions but she did not need to worry.  Reagan and Riley (a second grader) did great.  Their cards turned out so cute.  Here Reagan is finishing up her penguin from the NO PEEKING set.

Molly's Grandma, Linda, is keeping a watchful eye as Molly adds her artistic touches to her card.
That No Peeking Stamp Set was a life saver.  The kids loved the characters.  I must say I really enjoyed the kids.

Believe Snowflakes

It is difficult to see here but the Whisper White has been embossed with the Northern Flurry Embossing Folder.  The Glimmer Red and Silver paper has been used for the large accent snowflake being cut out with the Snowflake Bigz Die Retired.  Real Red and Old Olive inks were used.

Leave, Buttons and Bows

This is the week to think about Fall coming to an end and Winter coming on the horizon.  Showing you today the last of my Fall pages.

Accents here include my leaves and Linen Thread found on page 173 of the catalog.  I used the Bigz Accent Die to cut the More Mustard border.

The accent on the second page is the Naturals Designer Button with a Linen Thread running through it.  I love how light these buttons.

FAll Blessings

Our scrapbook class this month was all about Fall Blessings.  I used the Autumn Leaves Bigz Die and then ran the leaves through the BIG SHOT using the Woodgrain Embossing Folder.  The Natural Composition Specialty is two inches across the bottom and then I background stamps the cardstock with the French Foliage Stamp Set.

PERFECTLY PERSERVED

Scrapbook Club is still in the Fall mode.  Generally for my SB Club I keep pages pretty generic.  I like to leave room for pictures and/or journaling.  Stamp Sets Perfectly Perserved and Letter It alphabet set.  

Comfort Cafe DSP looks good this FALL.

Decorate A Daisy

Another Card Club card from this month.  I did use retired DSP (how can you just not use it when it is perfect for the card you are doing).  The card itself is Very Vanilla, then Midnight Muse with the DSP and More Mustard on the bottom after it was run through the Big Shot using the Embossing Folder Lacy Brocade in the new Holiday Catalog.  Everything is wrapped with the Midnight Muse ribbon.

I used the Mixed Medley Current Hostess Stamp Set for Friend.  And while the scalloped circle punch is not exactly matched to this stamp it still works.  Add a Rhinestone and its ready to go to your friend.

FRENCH FOLIAGE

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE FALL.  I really enjoy the trees on the mountains here in Pennsylvania.
So our Club this month played liked they were in Kindergarten making this background paper.  The inks are More Mustard, Raspberry Ripple, and Lucky Limeade plus River Rock.
Lucky Limeade card with Very Vanilla Card Stock plus Raspberry Ripple Ribbon.  An easy card but full of color.  Just for You is from the retired hostess set:  Afterthoughts.

A simple stamp on the inside provides for a nice note card.

I made two versions of this card for Card Club this month.  Sometimes I need to grab a Get Well Card in a hurry so I decided I needed to focus on that this month.  The card has a fresh look with the Midnight Blue background and the simple Whisper White front.
