Red White and Blue Scrap Book Pages

 I used the Stamp Set called Falling Flowers and Night of Navy Ink to make the top of the page and then punched out silver and red shiny stars and adhered them with glue dots.  The star boarder punch was used for the bottom stars with a Whisper White backing strip.

The two ribbons used are Whisper White and Real Red.  Background card stock is Pacific Point along with Whisper White, Night of Navy and Real Red.
