One of my Club Members is Sally Van Way and Sally made this pretty Birthday card. She used the new Painted Petals. Love the Pacific Point (blue) on this card. The Bird Builder Punch has been a popular punch for several years. Sally finished the card off with the Petite Petals flowers at the bottom of the oval.
